So, I just read that the casting call for the 13th season of America's Next Top Model is catering to short women. The height requirement is 5'7 and under.

"There have been top supermodels in the past that weren't as tall as the industry demands, like fashion icon Kate Moss," she said.

Although I am not an avid Tyra fan, I do watch The Tyra Banks Show from time to time. The last season of ANTM that I can remember was when Jaslene was the winner.

Anyway, I am excited about this upcoming season. Since I am a short woman (5'3), this season will be inspiration for women like me to aspire to be something that the rest of society tells them they can't be--breaking those stereotypes and ideologies. I know a lot of women, especially young women admire Tyra Banks, and because of this upcoming season, I will add myself to the list.
