It's Day 2 of Fashion Week, Spring 2009 and the runway is full of vibrants, neutrals and earth-tones fully clad in chic and edgy designs. Among the ten labels-of-the-day are veterans: BCBG Max Azria, Nicole Miller and Rag & Bone. Here are a few lustful designs from these three designers (by the way, Arlenis Pena was absolutely stunning!)....
