Its first event, the Lot IV Series, is next Friday, September 11th, at 8:30pm. Hit the red carpet for a movie screening of Tyler Perry's latest film, I Can Do Bad All By Myself" at Centro Ybor Muvico, located at 1600 E 8th Ave., in Tampa. Then, the official launch after party will be held at Teatro Restaurant & Lounge in Centro Ybor as well.
