Some of the most stylish celebs have embraced the trend from knee-high to ankle-bearing. Living in NY, I realized everyone wore boots with everything--from a dress to shorts. Worn with a simple-tee or trendy jacket, like the boyfriend blazer, the shorts and boots trend just might work.
